meet baby roo

just a few ultrasound pictures from our appt last friday. promise for more updates about our almost all day long extravaganza of appts soon. the official documentation said that roo was officially breech, but he essentially told us that roo was transverse given the head on my right and butt on my left. curled with his/her back towards my back. no worries about position right now, most babies are transverse right now.

first the 3D pics that the technician said "didn't come out very good cause of the young gestational age" (ie too much moving of baby roo)

note the arm under the chin and eye socket. hard to tell in this scanned version of this, but we think there is a foot under the chin

another view - can see the arm across the body under the chin. and then also the shape of the nose and upper lip. also you can see where the eyes are too. there might be a foot up under the arm as well.
