Here's the start of my gluten free plan. Its gonna be gradual, my friends, and I'm trying to coordinate with my workout plans and laundry/cleaning plans. is it possible to be that organized? is it necessary? And as always, if you have a suggestion, don't hesitate to let me know.
- pick a date for 100% GF dinner - after spring break travels?
- Create lists for GF snacks and foods
- Create a plan for how often to do for e.g.:
- traditional gluten breakfasts like pancakes, biscuits, waffles, etc with GF substitutes
- GF versions of pasta for dinner
- Obtain or make GF substitutes to support GF meals
- e.g. GF bread crumbs
- plastic bins for GF flours
- Create a schedule to:
- marinade chicken for lunch time salads
- make breakfast ahead of time
- Decide what to do about GF for family members
- GF lunch for Scott and Noah plans
- talk with Noah about the plan so he understands what's going on
- Use up or get rid of wheat products
- pick date for GF trials for breakfast and lunch
weekday breakfast
- eggs
- scrambled with prior planning
- cupcake quiches
- GF cereal
- corn or rice chex
- yogurt with granola and/or fruit
- cottage cheese with topping
- steer clear of GF oats for a while until we know how things go
weekday lunch
- leftovers
- salads
